Caring for people has always been at the heart of everything I do.
For many years I worked as a private home carer, supporting people through some of life's most vulnerable moments. I loved being able to make someone's day a little brighter, whether that was through a chat, a helping hand or simply making them feel cared for.
It was during that time that I discovered the incredible power of therapeutic touch. I wanted to offer people something that went beyond practical care—something that allowed them to completely switch off, feel nurtured and reconnect with themselves.
Training as a massage therapist changed everything.
The more I learned, the more I saw the difference massage could make, not just to aching muscles but to stress, anxiety and overall wellbeing. Watching someone arrive feeling tense and leave looking lighter, calmer and more themselves never stops being rewarding.
Today, Autumn Sunshine Massage has grown into a business I'm incredibly proud of. I welcome women to my peaceful therapy room and also offer mobile massage for those who prefer to relax in the comfort of their own home.
Over the years, I've continued to develop my skills and now offer a range of treatments, including Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Holistic Massage and Menopause Massage. Every treatment is tailored to you because no two women, or their needs, are ever the same.
My aim has always been simple: to create a warm, welcoming space where you can escape the demands of everyday life and enjoy time that's just for you. Whether you're carrying tension, feeling overwhelmed, living with aches and pains or simply craving an hour to unwind, I want you to leave feeling calmer, lighter and genuinely cared for.
Massage isn't just what I do—it's something I truly love. It is a privilege to be trusted with people's wellbeing, and I feel incredibly grateful that this is the work I get to do every day.
I look forward to welcoming you.

Relaxation Brought to You
Sometimes the nicest place to have a massage is simply your own home.
My mobile massage service means you don't have to worry about travelling, parking, getting changed and then having to drive home afterwards. I bring everything with me, so once your massage is finished, you can simply stay where you are, make yourself a cuppa and carry on relaxing.
I bring my massage table, fresh linens, towels, music, lighting and everything else I need to create a calm, comfortable space for your treatment.
Whether you've had a long week, your body is feeling tired and tense, or you just need some uninterrupted time for yourself, having a massage at home means you can properly switch off without having to think about what comes next.
I offer a range of treatments, tailored to you and what your body needs on the day.
Your home. Your space. Your time.
You don't need a perfectly tidy house or a special room set aside for massage. We simply find a comfortable space where I can set up, and I'll take care of the rest.
My mobile service is available by appointment across my local area.
If getting out of the house feels like one more thing to organise, let me come to you instead.
